As an affiliate of The Congenital Heart Information Network Heart to Heart is thrilled to announce its participation in an awesome fundraising opportunity, "The Hope Heart Necklace!"

Count Your Blessings, Inc. designed this delightful necklace with the intention of giving it to non-profit organizations at cost so that the organization could sell it to their members as a fundraiser. Upon hearing about C.H.I.N., it's mission and its constituents the Count Your Blessings partners decided that CHIN and its members would be the ideal organization for the FIRST promotion of the Hope Heart Necklace.

As part of this effort CHIN promises to donate $5.00 per necklace sold to our members or supporters. Sales will be tracked through the CHIN online ordering system. In order for Heart to Heart to get credit for necklaces sold YOU MUST enter the name Heart to Heart on the order form. Once you see this necklace I think you all will agree that it is absolutely gorgeous! What an outstanding way to display how much we really do count our blessings and to support Heart to Heart, as well as The Congenital Heart Information Network

You should also know that this necklace was given out in the goody bags for presenters at the People’s Choice awards, and made a big hit with the celebrities.  Several pieces will also be auctioned at the Sundance Film Festival. They will be rolling it out nationally (along with a board game and bracelet) on QVC this spring, with proceeds going to Oprah’s Angel Network. In the meantime, CHIN has given CHIN exclusive rights to sell "The Hope Heart Necklace" on the CHIN website
